We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Upon opening the box it is a very nice and pretty color navy, so I enjoyed the cooler looks wise for first impression. It seems durable enough to hold what you would need, such as water bottles, ice, sodas, and the insulation is nice and does keep ice for a long time so it’s good for long road trips or trips in general. This makes for good portability in the long term and I find this comparable to other brands and is just as good. We have a similar cooler in another brand and feel that this holds up just as well. I do like that this one has drawers, the only con with this cooler is that it does not have wheels which would have helped with it being more portable.

Love the color of this cooler! We camp and have people over often and this is the perfect addition to our trips. The cheese/dry drawer IS THE BEST! I love it so much. It does make the top compartment a bit smaller however it still holds plenty!

Firstly, the quality on this cooler is INSANE. The Ninja FrostVault is able to hold 80 cans without ice in it and has a separate department underneath to hold any dry goods that you want do not want to become wet. I took an event trip to California with my boyfriend; we brought this bad boy along for the roadtrip to keep our drinks refreshing, and it did!We left the cooler outside of the Airbnb we were staying at. After 3 days, the ice in the cooler was still intact! The drinks were chilled like they would be had they been in a refrigerator those 3 days. The 3in of insulation and the sealing around the mouth of the cooler really hold in the temperature. The only thing I wish is that this cooler had wheels; it is heavy and my boyfriend was struggling lugging that thing around. That aside, I'm in love with this Ninja FrostVault!!!

I’m super excited about this cooler. It’s heavy duty and has plenty of room for all the things. The best feature is the drawer located beneath the ice! That also locks into place! I haven’t had a chance to fully test this out but I’m not disappointed at all. Really nice cooler.

Was so excited to receive this cooler. So sturdy and amazing quality. Built to last and am very impressed with the design model. The bottom is meant to stay cold with the ice from the top which I love because food does not get soggy. Hold so many bottles and cans. So so so happy with this and extremely surprised and satisfied with the design and quality.
